I’m Brian Schar, an in-house patent attorney in Silicon Valley practicing at a small public medical device company. I’m a graduate of USC Gould School of Law. (Go Trojans!) I hope to post some occasional thoughts on US patent practice to this blog, with some emphasis on the medical device industry.
