It really says something when a company can’t even keep its support line up due to technical difficulties.  From an e-mail I just received:

Attention FoundationIP Administrators:
Due to technical difficulties our support line is down.  Please continue to submit your issues by way of email .  We apologize for the inconvenience and will let you know once service has been restored.
